It’s the most seeked surgery. It consists on the vacuuming of the fat deposits with the use of mini incisions and hollow tubes which vary from 2 to 4 mm. Our aim with the surgery is to promote a more proportionate body shape. It can be associated to liposculture. The indication is for patients with local fat deposits. At post operative period we indicate the use of a waist band and lymphatic drainage. The return to normal activities is faster, one week in average.
