It’s a surgical procedure to reduce the size and improve the shape of breasts. In this surgery we remove the skin, fatty tissue and breast tissues (glands). There are many techniques for this kind of surgery. We use the inferior pedicle technique and to promote a more lasting result of the surgery. During the post operative period we indicate the use of a seamless bra and lymphatic drainage. The return to normal activities is after a 25 - 30 day period, in average.
