It’s a beautiful surgery, with high satisfaction level. It consists on the improvement of the breast volume with the use of silicone implants, which is placed through the areola, under chest or axillary. The volume depends on the desire of each patient, always respecting the proportions of the patient’s body shape. Local anesthesia with sedation is administrated; the patient is discharged from hospital by the end of the day. The post operative period is calm; we recommend the use of a seamless bra for a month period. The return to work depends on the kind of activity, but in general, it happens after a 3-5 day period.
