This surgery aims to improve the facial outline and the patient’s profile, by increasing the projection of the chin/mentum, making the face look stronger and more proportionate. We use silicone prothesis of variable sizes, placing it through the mouth; therefore the stitches are inside the mouth.
We use local anesthesia with sedation, hospital discharge by the end of the day and small curative with surgical bandages.
This surgery is commonly associated to liposuction do submentum and face surgery.
